Role Description:

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Area Manager to join our team at Pin Click, based in Bengaluru.

- This full-time, on-site role is crucial for the effective management and growth of our operations in the region.

- As the Senior Area Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, leading and motivating a team of advisors, and ensuring that our high standards of customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Oversight: Manage and streamline daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of our property advisory services.

- Address any operational issues promptly and develop strategies to enhance overall performance.

- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and support a team of advisors to achieve their goals and improve their performance.

- Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews to ensure continuous development and alignment with company objectives.

- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that all client interactions meet our high standards of service quality.

- Resolve any client issues or concerns with a focus on providing satisfactory solutions and maintaining positive client relationships.

- Business Growth: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies for business expansion and growth in the Bengaluru region.

- Identify opportunities for new business development and contribute to the achievement of company targets.

- Market Analysis: Stay informed about local real estate market trends and dynamics.

- Use this knowledge to make informed decisions, guide your team, and offer valuable insights for strategic planning.

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze performance data and market trends to make strategic decisions that drive business improvements.

- Implement data-driven strategies to optimize operations and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing teams effectively.

- Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate team members, manage performance, and foster a positive work environment.

- Communication Abilities: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders in a professional and engaging manner.

- Industry Experience: Background in the real estate or property advisory industry is highly desirable.

- Understanding of industry practices, trends, and challenges.

- Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Bengaluru real estate market and its trends.

- Ability to leverage local market insights to benefit the business and make informed decisions.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions.

- Proficiency in using data to drive business outcomes and operational improvements.

Educational Background: A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus
