Role Description:

- We are seeking a full-time on-site Area Manager for our Bengaluru office.

- The Area Manager will be instrumental in overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a dynamic team of advisors, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

- The role involves close collaboration with the leadership team to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the branch.

- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and support a team of property advisors to achieve their goals.

- Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute growth strategies.

- Market Analysis: Monitor local real estate market trends to make informed decisions and adapt strategies.
