The Learning & Development vertical Inducts & Integrates New Employees into the Pidilite Culture and develops managerial and functional capability across the organization.

- The vertical also supports the organization by exploring and implementing IT applications in HR.

- This position will own and lead induction programs and processes needed to enable employees to optimize their Pidilite experience and maximize their engagement and productivity at the earliest stage of their tenure and facilitate their integration into the company's culture and fabric.
