Responsibilities:
- To establish Sales Force Automation & Digitization Agenda across the Organization for the Consumer & Bazaar divisions.
- Working in continuous collaboration with business stakeholders to understand their requirements from the system and implement accordingly.
- Alignment with all sales team right from TSI to ZSM in the regions on sales automation/digital projects and business projects.
- Development & Effective Roll-Out of New Digital Platforms acting as enablers for the field team
- To work on new age projects which will act as a top up to the existing processes like gamification concept on sales force automation
- Processes and Innovations; to identify process gaps of existing processes and do a complete business process reengineering
- Working with Internal & External Development teams to deliver product as per specification
- To participate in vendor management for new/existing field force led digital tools
- Knowledge Management for effective usage of all functionalities.
Education:
B Tech plus MBA / PGDM from Premier Institutes
Years of Experience: 5-8 years
