JOB DESCRIPTION :
TSI (Territory Sales Incharge ) Management :
a. Ensure compliance to TSI Induction module for all new joinee TSIs & Product Training for all front line teams
b. Drive automation of TSI induction module
c. Monitor and Highlight TSI attrition at cluster level & ensure gap filling within 30 days
d. Drive & Own TSI workplan
e. Drive reward & recognition programme for top performing TSIs & Clusters
Sales Force Automation :
a. Drive usage of various Sales Force Automation/Digital platforms to enable better ways of working on the field.
b. Drive TSI market working compliance
c. Work in close coordination with Sales Management Group for development of division specific requirements
TSI Scorecard :
a. Play active role in designing TSI scorecard & ensure field implementation
b. Drive higher TSI involvement by enabling gamification of TSI scorecard
c. Prepare action plans for TTY's which are appearing in bottom 20% for 2 consecutive quarters.
Sales Systems & Processes :
a. Drive various sales processes viz. Sales MRM & IRM modules
b. Create various dashboards/MISs to enable HO Managers & Field teams to review various business parameters
Projects / New Initiatives :
a. Drive various new projects / initiatives that may be rolled out viz. Naksha, Range Selling
SPECIFIC CANDIDATE PROFILE (Key competence / attributes needed for the role) :
- Candidate should ideally have hands-on in Data Analytics (Excel) / market experience
- It would be preferable if the candidate has had experience of working in a matrix organization - both in terms of reporting and Data Analytics
