Pidilite - Section Head - Distribution Management

JOB DESCRIPTION (Describe key result areas / main job functions)

- Distribution Expansion & Optimization (working with Corporate Distribution Operations Organisation)

- WSS and Competency Party management (working with DDM(divisional distribution manager) and under guidance from Chief Sales and Corporate Distribution Operations organisation)

Core :

Distribution Expansion & Optimization :

- Identification and timely action on gaps - Exceptions whether Sales or Financial

- Streamline & ensure proper implementation of WSS appointment module (incl. backup WSS)

- Proper compliance to WSS discontinuation and FFS policy

- To Assist in Darpan Development for Higher rate of Compliance (WSS Billing S/w)

WSS & Competency Party management :

- Proactive daily tracking of all commercial policies including - (a) Security Deposit/ Credit Limit (b) PDC (c) - C- forms (d) Cheque Bounce / Blacklisting (e) Investment/ROI

- Tracking of Claim Management System to ensure removal of any exceptions

- Ensure WSS Appointment as per set module requirements

- Tracking WSS Performance parameters and highlighting Non performing parties

- Ensure WSS performance as per

Supporting :

- Assist DDM in development and implementation of plan for distribution expansion and optimization

- Assist DDM in improving performance of WSS in overall exception cases,

- Ensure resolution of all pending and escalated WSS complaints issues that are pending at Divisional teams by liaison with respective team members.

SPECIFIC CANDIDATE PROFILE (Key competence / attributes needed for the role) :

- Candidate should ideally have hands-on in Data Analytics (Excel) / market experience

- It would be preferable if the candidate has had experience of working in a matrix organization - both in terms of reporting and Data Analytics
