Role of Regional HR
- MBA - HR from a good institute
- With 4 - 7 years of experience handling a generalist HR role.
- The role will involve travel and handling of field force.
- Recruitment (Sourcing, Selection & Onboarding)
- Liaison with Divisional Heads/Branch managers for Frontline recruitment
- Maintain a RAG report on budgeted positions for the division on a monthly basis
- Liaison with Third party agency to ensure closure of all open positions
- Maintain a weekly review with the third party to know the progress on sourcing and closure of open positions.
- Maintain parity in line with the budget available for new hires/replacement
- Maintain control on budgets for third party sourcing and hiring.
- Develop channels of sourcing in the region for all division's and maintain relation with the sourcing channel
- Induction & Integration
- Ensure regional compliance to TSI/MDI induction and integration
- Ensure refresher training for all frontliners
- Ensure Job Knowledge quiz for all frontliners on a monthly basis
- Maintain Budgetary control on L&D cost for frontline
- Maintain and present dashboard on a monthly basis for the region on TSI induction and integration compliance.
- Ensure reporting from all Branch TSIs/RTIs on a regular basis
- Be an administrator of learning for all frontline.
- Performance assessment and improvement feedback
- Regular follow up on Speedometer for all frontliners.
- Build in a culture of regular review and feedback mechanism between Frontliner and RA1
- Monthly dashboard on actionable and follow-up
- Identification of High Potential employees
- Maintain SH Master for the region
- Ensure implementation of Development center for all eligible candidates and liaison with the Branch Managers/RA1 for implementation of Development center
- Ensure feedback to all on strengths and development areas
- Ensure IDPs for all frontliners,follow-up and closure on training.
- Facilitating career path progression
- Be responsible for career road map for all frontline in the region
- Promote cross division movements.
- Control intra-inter region movements facilitating career progression
- Equip the role change employee with role clarity and learning for the new role
- Regular engagement and grievance addressal.
- Open House on quarterly basis at the Regions.
- Birthday lunch to be introduced at the Region (One day in a month)
- Division Wise Face book live-Only for Field force- once a Quarter-ZBMs and Regional HR.
- Facilitation of Frontline IJPs to facilitate parallel movements to home town locations.
- Exit Interview analysis and closing the feedback loop
- One point contact for all proactive discussion before exit
- Pro active in analyzing disgruntlement
- Governance on exit interview/adherance to exit formalities
Would prefer candidates with Travel and Field Force handling experience.
