Regional Business Development Manager ( RBDM )

Team 10 - 15 On roll team he should be handling already

Responsibilities :

- Ensure implementation of all Market Development Plans / Modules and provide insights on the effectiveness.

- Keep track of competition activities in the cluster.

- To engage and drive various initiatives with Large Contractor.

- Implement training programs for skill development of End users like Painters, Civil Contractors, Painting Contractors, Water proofers

- Implementation & feedback of loyalty programs.

- Effective implementation of modules related to New Product (NP), Product Under Launch (PUL) & Young Product (YP):

- Direct responsibility of accomplishing market research / insight projects as per the 'Market Insight Calendar' provided by the HO within the stipulated timelines.

- Conduct reviews of BDE/BDO's, track performances against identified key indicators

- Provide inputs on decided norms / parameters for the generation of database of users/influencers

- Ensure implementation of CRM in the region in coordination

- Ensure execution of marketing plans for pilot projects as per the guidelines of HO"
