Business Development across product lines/divisions for set of countries in Africa

Responsible for the sale of multiple product lines used in a variety of applications.

Develop appropriate network of distributors and stockists in countries.

Gain insight in the market and understand which products of Pidilite can gain traction in the assigned markets.

Develop/Implement appropriate demand creation / generation activities in the assigned markets.

Develop appropriate review processes to guide the country business team and mentor their development.

Engage with the distributor to ensure that the working capital is appropriately managed
