ICA Pidilite - Product Manager

Job Responsibilities :

- To manage existing products to ensure profitable margins are attained by maximizing their acceptance and potential

- Monitor products' performance in the market.

- Oversee market research on products, analyze results and provide recommendations based on findings.

- Assess products and ensures they meet required margins.

- Create products' knowledge in the market and innovate ways for greater acceptance.

- Advise on continuous products improvement to increase presence and margins.

- Participate in new product developments (NPD) for introduction in the market to maintain market lead and generate new revenue for the company.

- Conduct competitors' product analysis to monitor and maintain the competitive edge.

- In conjunction with R&D, conduct trials at customers' place for all new/existing products as required for standardization.

- Coordinate technical training to teams and serve as a technical mentor to sales team members.

DESIRED PROFILE :

- Candidate from Premium Business School having 5-6 years of experience

- Candidate should have managed Category/ Product role

- Candidates from Paint, Material, and luxury brand industry
