JOB DESCRIPTION :
OEM/FM/TKC Management :
- To provide services to existing clients on regular basis.
- Advise and Promote appropriate Products and Solutions.
- Identification of addressable potential clients
- To provide resolution for complaints.
- Coordination between client and distributor.
- Create awareness and penetration of new launched products.
- To regularly monitor sales figures and product mix of the customers with respect to allotted territory.
- To provide regular feedback about product demand, market trend, competition, product quality issues.
- To be responsible for complete sales cycle starting from punching the order to payment collection and including claims management.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT :
- Regular follow up with existing customers Paint booth team & Purchase team at OEMs factory.
- Build relations within industry to generate new leads.
- Conducting regular training sessions for customers with the help of training team.
Provide demonstration and sampling of products
SALES PERFORMANCE
- Responsible for achievement of sales targets for the assigned accounts.
- Ensure timely billing to customer/dispatches and collections.
- To update daily activity to the Reporting Manager as per assigned formats.
SOLUTION TO CUSTOMER QUERY
- To ensure that all customer complaints are handled on priority and feedback related to same is provided to customer and company.
- Provide proper solutions to the customer with the help of technical team and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Escalate new and unique issues to relevant people in the organization for knowledge and resolution.
- Remain self-updated on product knowledge enabling appropriate solutions to customer queries.
