Job Description -
1. Responsible for delivering overall sales of the branch through implementation of work plan
2. Identification and corrective plan in gap areas and by leveraging opportunities in the branch area
3. Expected to ensure that performance across TSI territories and WSS territories are robust and in line with the plans of the branch
4. Responsible for driving sales through effective scheme implementation with regular review of effectiveness and response to schemes
5. Conducting DRM, SGA and Influencer promotional activities in the branch area
6. Responsible for creating business through Demand generation activities in the branch area
7. Ensure proper physical stock taking, initiating approval request for P&D category stocks and disposal monitoring
8. Responsible for smoothly implementing the People Management process for reportees. This will include timely recruitment, proper induction, identifying training needs and following PPMS timelines
Mandatory expectation -
1. Full Time MBA from Tier- 1B-Schools working in FMCG, FMCD, Building Material, Telecom, Chemical, Paint
companies will be preferred
2. Excellent communication, selling and negotiating skills
3. Flexibility to relocate anywhere in India
