- Responsible for overall Branch Sales Value Achievement &volume for Regular / Volume Building products

- Execution of Identified Major and Key Initiatives in the areas of Distribution Expansion, WSS Management and Sales Operation

- Norm based depot audit to Identify stock & plan liquidation:

- Collection of receivables.

- Communicate & execute all commercial policies to WSS (a) Balance confirmations (b) PDC (c) - C- forms (d) Cheque Bounce / Blacklisting (e) FFS (f) Claim Management/Goods return.

Dealer Management :

- Collection and Updation of Competitive data/market intelligence, MS/potential mapping for key products

- Identify markets where Market development work is to be carried out and ensuring dealer involvement and merchandising

Implementation of Market development Work through TSI's as per Work plan

COMPETENCIES : (Key competence / attributes needed for the role) :

Candidate must have a Post Graduate Degree in Management with 3 - 5 years experience in Sales in FMCG / Stationary / Consumer Durable organisation
