- Responsible for guiding & leading the cluster team for all Sales & Market Development activities
- Responsible for value sales achievement and sales of each of the focus products for Retail Vertical in defined geography.
- Lead team of TSIs and CMDIs/BDEs to ensure that Overall Sales & Key Product Group sales across - Cluster, Territory, WSS Territory are robust and in line with the cluster plans.
- Lead team of CMDIs and work with ZCDM to ensure the market development and demand generation modules are delivered as per plan
- Review the performance of the team, guide and develop team members through working side by side with them in the market
- Drive corrective plans in overall low base WSS TTY and in zero billing WSS TTY (regular and competency)
- Drive performance in product-wise exception ttys.
- Drive implementation of DRCP in all clusters and achieve set bench marks with respect to DRCP adherence, productivity and range selling.
- Implement Marketing plans for New Product Launch & Re Launch along with RMDM/CMDI
- Develop the MDP along with CMDI/BDEs in line with the Key Product Growth strategy, ensure implementation of the same and provide feedback
- Responsible for Good Dealer relationship management
- Wss / Channel Management a) Responsible for optimizing Distribution network through judicious expansion and consolidation in consultation
- Address WSS / Competency gap. Timely settlement of wss claim & wss discontinuation.
- Conduct MRM /prepare for IRM as per guideline, track performance against identified key indicators
- Undertake proper forecasting of new products and regularly review sales of slow moving products.
