- Identify markets where Market development work is to be carried out and ensuring dealer involvement and merchandising
Norm based depot audit to Identify stock & plan liquidation :
- Collection of receivables.
- Oversee the working of CMDIs and TSIs
- Manage a large distributed team and work with them to ensure sales targets
