Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented individual to join our finance department and take over the major reporting and reconciliation duties for our company. We need a professional, who emphasis on the attention to details necessary to ensure accurate reporting in all areas. An ideal candidate would be the one who is focused on outcomes, excellent problem solver and strong communicator; with an aspiration to step up to be a Manager with the right experience and time.
Compensation:
Salary will be commensurate with skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing of complete books of account. Proficient in Tally and other accounting software's
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements, Cash Flow, P&L / B.S. and other reports of the group.
- Preparation of Income/GST/TDS tax returns.
- Treasury Management & preparing monthly Cash flow.
- Ensuring the company adheres to all compliance.
- Managing all receipts and payments processes of the group.
- Preparing and Reviewing MIS / Historical Data reports for Management.
- Coordinate and assist in Audit and Tax planning with auditors for the group at the corporate level.
- Coordinate with IT / Legal practitioners, consultants for CPC, CIT, ITAT matters.
- Inter Group Transactions - Close coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Candidate Profile:
- We need a CA in Finance with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the relevant domain or an Inter CA with minimum 5 years of experience.
- Candidates with knowledge in BFSI sector and knowledge on different Financial Assets are preferred.
- Preferred age group: 30 years and above.
- The applicant should be compliance-driven and willing to learn and grow.
- Ability to critically interact with various Auditors/Tax Consultants, Company Secretary, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and must be tech-savvy.
Requirements:
- Mumbai candidates only; with preference to the ones residing within 30 kms of Lal baug.
- The notice period should not be more than 60 days.
- Need to commute to the office daily, If not feasible, kindly do not apply.
- Candidate must mention expected CTC and last drawn CTC.
