The Role:
- Are you a creative and analytical marketing whiz with a passion for innovation? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy staying ahead of the curve? PickMyWork is seeking a talented Marketing Associate to join our growing team in Gurugram.
- In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting and executing strategic marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and user acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new customer segments and growth opportunities.
- Manage PickMyWork's social media presence across all platforms, including identifying and collaborating with relevant influencers.
- Partner with internal teams (e. , agencies, business development) to optimize marketing strategies and achieve their goals.
- Develop and execute engaging marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Create compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and social media content (including reels and video content).
- Maintain meticulous records of marketing metrics and analyze data to evaluate campaign performance.
- Leverage data insights to identify trends, refine strategies, and propose innovative ideas to enhance brand marketing and exposure.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Proficiency in Canva for creating visual content.
- Strong social media expertise, with experience managing multiple platforms.
- Ability to conceptualize and create engaging video content (e. , reels).
- Keen eye for trends and the ability to translate them into engaging marketing initiatives.
- Working knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
- Adept at using marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Strategic and creative thinking with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail
