Job Description.

Lead the fulfillment and supply operations in your city/Cities. Manage a team of 50-60 people across departments.

Plan launch of new areas and merchants in coordination with the sales team.

Analyze demand and supply trends to ensure adequate delivery network availability

Design and implement initiatives for delivery fleet engagement

Drive initiatives in your city to improve operational efficiency and client experience.

Skills:

- Team Management/ leadership skills

- Analytical and able to think on his/her feet

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
