Pickingo is an on demand B2B hyperlocal delivery service. Cutting out the buzzwords, we take care of deliveries for your neighborhood stores. We are consumer focused logistics brand providing everyone the easiest way to ship anything. We seamlessly integrate to any merchants- platform and streamline their delivery operations.

We started our journey in November 2014 in Gurgaon and raised our first round of funding in March 2015 from a couple of kick ass investors. We have expanded rapidly since and are now a 300+ member team with presence in 6 cities. At Pickingo, we love trying out new ideas and experiment with innovative approaches to existing problems of the industry. Roles and Responsibilities :

- Kick start and growth of all city operations

- Building and maintaining a sustainable, profitable and scalable partnerships with the business partners and all other stakeholders

- Ownership of P & L of the city and make growth plans in conjunction with all the teams and ensure targets are met

- Strategizing and executing rapid growth and network development plans

- Ability to adapt in changing and challenging atmosphere

What we prefer (sufficient conditions, not necessary ones) :

- BE/B.Tech from Tier 1 college or MBA from Tier 1 college

- 4 - 5 years of relevant work experience in handling large teams

- Ability to take important decisions in a fast paced environment
