Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager will primarily be responsible for the sale of the service in the Mumbai market. The person will establish plans and strategies to expand the client base in the marketing area. The person will be required to achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with the company's vision and values. It is an individual-contribution job.
Responsibilities :
- Develop plans and strategies for the target market and ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability
- Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects
- Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets
- Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the targets
Requirements :
- The candidate should have an MBA, preferably with a specialization in marketing
- Strong connections in restaurants, bakeries, retail chains, pharmacies, etc., in Gurgaon
- Problem solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
- Proven ability to motivate and lead a sales team
- Willingness to travel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
