Responsibilities:

- Lead the fulfillment and supply operations in your city/Cities. Manage a team of 50-60 people across departments.

- Plan launch of new areas and merchants in coordination with the sales team.

- Analyze demand and supply trends to ensure adequate delivery network availability.

- Design and implement initiatives for delivery fleet engagement.

- Drive initiatives in your city to improve operational efficiency and client experience.

Skills:

- Team Management/ leadership skills

- Analytical and able to think on his/her feet

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Should be good in data analytical skills

Experience and Education:

- 2+ years of experience

- Bachelor degree in Engineer or MBA from Tier 1 Colleges.
