We collaborate with leading tourism boards in destinations like Australia, Singapore, Iceland, Japan, Dubai, New Zealand, and over 1,200 global hospitality partners. Notably, we served as an Official Sub-agent for the ICC Women's T20 World Cup.

We are now expanding into the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sector, aiming to offer our expertise to corporate clients.

Position Overview:

- We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented MICE Sales Manager to join our team.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and managing sales opportunities in the MICE sector, cultivating client relationships, and ensuring the smooth execution of events.

- This role demands a strategic thinker with strong sales acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets for MICE events.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the MICE sector.

- Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Client Management:

- Engage with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences.

- Offer expert advice and recommendations on event planning and execution.

- Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations to secure business.

Event Coordination:

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective planning and execution of MICE events.

- Oversee all aspects of event delivery, including logistics, budgeting, and on-site management.

- Address any issues or concerns during events to guarantee client satisfaction.

Market Research and Analysis:

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

- Analyze sales data and client feedback to refine strategies and enhance performance.

Reporting and Administration:

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and event outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in MICE sales or event management, with a track record of achieving sales targets 5-8 years of prior sales experience (min 4-5 years in MICE sales)

- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and other presentation tools.

- Ability to speak at least 2-3 languages fluently.

- Competence in working out costing independently and guiding the team in cost calculations.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
