Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Generalist with a primary focus on recruitment to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in HR, with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition, and will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle while supporting other HR functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.

- Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and employee referrals.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.

- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews, and assist with the final selection process.

- Ensure a seamless candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding:

- Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, ensuring they are integrated into the organization effectively.

- Conduct exit interviews and provide reports on trends related to employee turnover.

HR Operations:

- Support day-to-day HR operations including maintaining employee records and managing HRIS.

- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

- Address employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.

Performance Management:

- Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating with managers and employees.

Employee Engagement:

- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to labor laws and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.

- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and interview techniques.

- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance is a plus.
