Details on Job Responsibilities :

- Provides management support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics.

- Supports the business to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes in manpower planning, process or programs etc.

- Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed.

- Compensation benchmarking within the organization and new hires.

- Creates, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, and metrics.

- Carry exploratory data analysis to understand the problem and move towards solution

- Serves as the domain expert for human capital analytics

- Expertise in Visual Basic or macro programing in excel

- In depth knowledge and experience of analytical tools(preferred)

- MANDATORY - Manage the admin module as a super user for HR Systems(Success Factors/SAP)

Education Qualification:

- Full time MBA from Tier 1with specialization in Human Resource

Experience :

- 5-6 years of experience in HR Analytics & MIS, HR Dashboards, HR data analysis, reporting, making business presentations etc.

- Strong Analytical Thinking skills

- Demonstrates effective Problem Solving skills

- Excellent Communication Skills (verbal, written and presentation skills)
