The incumbent will be responsible for creating, managing and executing various projects to standardize and strengthen HR practice across the organization, as well as setting new processes for the management of consultants involved in commercial contracting. The post holder will work closely with the Head of HR, HR Business Partner and Regional HR Managers to ensure the smooth delivery of key HR processes.

- Assessing the organization's current environment and recommend projects streamlining and integrating with Business Processes.

- Plan, coordinate and execute projects across the organization including tracking and reporting on status , risks , issues and dependencies.

- Ensure consistency in HR practices across all businesses especially in relation to salary and benefits, recruitment & induction, completion and termination of employment and bring them in line with our values and fairness principles

- Develop Retention programs, work/life programs, succession planning, and health, safety and security programs to have holistic HR Practices.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

- 6-10 years of progressively responsible HR work experience.

- MBA in HR from Repute B-School

- Broad HR functional knowledge and business orientation

- Proven ability to lead

- Excellent verbal, writing and presentation skills with strong ability to influence at the executive level
