- The role holder will be responsible for serving as HR Partner and Consultant for Pharma Business and drive implementation of HR policies and processes for the Business, including recruitment, performance management, talent management and organization development, employee engagement, employee communication, employee relations and other strategic HR initiatives.
- The role holder also serves as a point of contact for addressing all employee related issues and concerns in the Business and works closely with the HR Centres of Excellence (COE) and the Business Unit functional teams for driving and influencing HR decision making for the unit.
