Job Description: Talent Acquisition Manager (Tech and IT)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. The person will play a key role in identifying and attracting top technical talent to meet the needs of our organization. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a strong track record of sourcing, screening, and selecting highly skilled candidates across various technical disciplines.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.

- Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their technical staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- To identify and attract top technical talent, utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and industry connections.

- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.

- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including candidate evaluation and offer negotiation.

- Build and maintain a strong network of technical professionals and passive candidates for future hiring needs.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical recruitment to ensure a competitive advantage in attracting top talent.

- Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and employer branding initiatives.

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

- Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the recruiting team, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the IT/software development industry.

- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of technical roles, including software engineers, data scientists, system administrators, and other related positions.

- In-depth knowledge of technical skill sets and the ability to assess candidates' technical qualifications.

- Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and channels to attract passive candidates.

- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate candidates' technical and non-technical competencies.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure a high level of accuracy in candidate tracking and documentation.

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
