Qualification & Eligibility:

A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is typically required, along with several years of experience in project or program management. A PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is also desirable.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1- Program planning: Developing a strategic plan for the program, outlining program goals, objectives, and key performance indicators. This includes working with stakeholders to identify needs, conducting market research, and analyzing program data to make informed decisions.

2- Program design: Creating the curriculum, content, and technology infrastructure necessary to deliver the program. This includes developing course outlines, identifying technology platforms and tools, and collaborating with instructional designers, content creators, and technology teams.

3- Program execution: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the program, including managing budgets, timelines, and resources. This includes coordinating with internal and external partners, ensuring quality control, and overseeing program marketing and communications.

4- Program evaluation: Conducting ongoing evaluation and analysis of the program to assess effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven decisions. This includes collecting and analyzing program metrics, conducting surveys and focus groups, and synthesizing feedback from stakeholders.

5- Stakeholder management: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, vendors, and internal teams. This includes managing expectations, communicating program updates, and addressing concerns and issues in a timely manner.

6- Team Management: Manage a team of project managers, business analysts, and other team members, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure that they are effectively executing their assigned tasks and delivering quality results.

7- Communication and Reporting: Develop and distribute regular program status reports, updates, and presentations to senior management, program sponsors, and other stakeholders. Ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed of program progress, issues, and risks.

8- Budget Management: Manage program budgets and expenditures, ensuring that costs are controlled and that expenditures are aligned with program objectives and priorities.

9- Change Management: Lead change management activities to ensure that program changes are managed effectively, including the identification of potential impacts, the development of a change management plan, and the communication and training of stakeholders.

10- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure that program deliverables meet established standards and requirements.

11- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for program process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve program outcomes

Requirements:

1- Education: Bachelor's degree in any subject,or a related field is preferred.

2- Experience: Prior experience in project management of at least 5 years.

3- Knowledge: Familiarity with project management concepts, methodologies, and tools.

4- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and senior management.

5- Organizational Skills: Excellent organization and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

6- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, analyze problems, and propose solutions in a proactive and timely manner.

7- Collaboration: Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

8- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in project deliverables.

9- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and timelines.
