Job Description:


We are looking for a Business Head to lead our Ed-tech firm's growth and profitability. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, and driving the P&L of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability for the business.

- Build and lead a high-performing team to execute the company's goals and objectives.

- Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to expand the company's customer base.

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services.

- Manage product development initiatives, including ideation, design, and launch.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.

- Develop and manage the P&L for the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

- Identify and manage key business risks, including competitive threats, regulatory changes, and market fluctuations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers.

- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

- At least 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a track record of driving business growth and profitability.

- Experience in the Ed-tech industry is highly preferred.

- Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with experience managing P&L for a business unit.

- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex business plans.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias towards action and a willingness to take risks.
