Advertising revenue & monetization business at PhonePe is looking for a manager to set up the campaign success & revenue strategy function. 2021 is our 2nd year of building this business. We are looking for a Sales leader to join us on our 10 to 100 phase of business. Ad revenue is incredibly important and exciting in the context of PhonePe's growth ambitions. We are a young team of hustlers, collaborators and action / outcome oriented individuals.
The mandate / core objective will be revenue realization & maximization as the goals
Campaign success org will work closely with revenue sales team to
a) define industry delivery playbooks
b) create optimization strategies
c) champion advertiser needs in internal forums
d) support sales in consultative selling &
e) Responsible for revenue strategy across channel investments and product partnership on new initiatives
Is an IC role with people management potential based on scope / charter growth
An ideal candidate should have
- The ability to work with fuzzy / unstructured data problem statements
- Analytical and consultative approach to problem statements
- Experience in digital marketing industry
- Experience in advertising revenue - strategy roles
- First principles thinking
- The ability to work with multiple cross functional stakeholders
