You'll own the analytics support for multiple areas within a broader function in PhonePe. In this role, you'll be working with various Central functions and businesses. This function is responsible for driving revenue and growth for the organization via Horizontal capabilities (ex: Advertising, Marketing, Onboarding) and ensuring high quality customer experience of the Product to deliver further scale for the organization.

The gig:

- Own the entire analytics value delivery for various Central functions (ex: Marketing, - Onboarding, Advertising) through a mid-size team of analysts and managers. The work encompasses breadth of customer understanding across the products and depth of - Advertising, Brand marketing and onboarding journey.

- Own end-to-end analytics support - including ownership of designing the right team structure, hiring, capability building & setting and maintaining a high bar for data driven problem solving

- Collaborate closely with the business, and product functions to understand the business problem and translate them into the right analytical problem statement

- Work with the team to generate insights & and work on a holistic analysis to provide unbiased answers to the identified problem statement.

- Have a strong problem solving mindset and be able to apply the right analytical approach for solving the same.

- Be able to influence stakeholders across various functions to drive initiatives & data driven decision making

- Be an integral part of the pod strategy and go beyond being an analytics counterpart

Job requirements:

- Minimum 8+ years of analytics experience in relevant roles, with at least 2 years in a Product Analytics role

- Experience leading analytics team as a people manager

- Strong problem solving & analytical skills

- Penchant for business & curiosity to understand how the product works

- Experienced in handling large scale data and working on analyses using SQL

- Understanding of dashboarding principles and prior experience building such dashboards. Experience of working on QlikSense is a plus

- Data modeling skills to manage ETL at scale by understanding data flow in the organization

- Statistical modelling experience through Python or R is a good-to-have
