Objective : To develop and manage a best-in-class contract management system, create a contract repository, and ensure due-diligence readiness. End-to-end ownership of the contract execution process. Implement technology enabled tools to make the contracting process automated and efficient. Serve internal stakeholders on reporting requirements, MIS maintenance, document retrievals.

Description :

- Spearhead contract execution process including procurement of e-stamp papers, conducting sanity checks on execution versions, initiating signatures through contract management tools.

- Systematise contract execution, retrieval process, highlighting gaps and overall monitoring.

- Establish an auditable and robust process for renewals and monitoring of key contracts.

- Capturing contract key pointers for data sufficiency and accuracy. All data fields to be made available through system-generated reports.

- Coordinating with contract management tool vendors to improve tool's functionality, ensuring visibility and access controls are in place/upgraded, parent-child document linking is up to date, speeding up report generation process, enabling bulk uploads and resolving ad-hoc issues.

- Repository building, creating data rooms, assisting with due diligence queries and audit requirements. Support the team, on an ad hoc basis, with other contracts related requests which may involve review and redlining of contract drafts.

Min Qualification and other expectations :

- LLB and a minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience. Prior experience in working on/handling a contract management tool would be preferred.

- High degree of professional ethics and integrity, analytical skills, and good interpersonal skills.

- Ability to anticipate issues / estimate risks and provide proactive solutions.

- Committed and ready to work under pressure.

- Overall willingness to learn, improve and challenge the status quo for the better.
