PhonePe - Assistant Manager/Manager - Industry Sales - Ad Sales

PhonePe's advertising monetization vertical is tasked with the responsibility of building & monetizing growth solutions for marketers across consumer facing ecosystems. Over the last 5 years PhonePe has built an massive and heavily engaged user base of over 300 Mn users. Providing services in the fintech space enables PhonePe to effectively cater to both consumer & advertiser needs. Team is responsible for generating direct bottom line ad revenue via platform monetization.

Core KPI will be absolute revenue driven from direct sales in industries aligned to the candidate. We are looking for 4-5 industry ad monetization people with strong BD muscle to

- Open, Scale & Maintain direct sales revenues across industries

- Establish strong relationships with marketing teams at all levels in the aligned industries

- Working on joint business plans to arrive at a deliverable & revenue targets

- Deliver on the revenue target by establishing business development rigours & feedback loops for product

- Track record of thriving in business development & revenue roles

- Looking for a candidate with 2-7 years of work experience

- Experience working in advertising sales and understanding of ad tech ecosystems is a plus
