Minimum Qualifications (i.e. education, training etc.):
- Any Graduate with PG/MBA in Human Resources
Minimum Experience:
- 10-12 yrs. Should have experience of conducting interviews of Senior level positions.
- Should have exposure of working in recruitment firm & corporate.
- Should have exposure of head hunting candidates
Special Skills/Attributes (required for performing the job effectively) - Sound have exposure of handling talent acquisition upto Senior management level
- Good understanding of compensation & benefit structures
- Result oriented.
Overall Purpose/Objective :
Of the job Overall purpose of the role is to drive Talent Acquisition completely and also Talent Management in 60:40 ratios respectively. To drive the end to end recruitment process from preparation of recruitment plan to on boarding of employees, ensuring timely availability of right talent at right time to support the strategic business plan of the organization. Driving the various initiatives related to employee engagement and talent management across the organization.
Key Responsibilities (List major responsibilities, that you have, to achieve the key objectives) - Develop the talent acquisition plan & recruitment policy in line with the business needs :
- Co-ordinate with various departments , understand their manpower requirements plan and prepare the overall manpower requirement plan for the organization and submit the same for approval.
- Ensure all job descriptions for all the positions are in place before starting the recruitment process.
- Identify and finalize various sources of recruitments including consultants, advertisements, use of job portals, references, etc.
- Ensure effective reduction in recruitment cost through innovative strategy of hiring.
- Ensure adherence to the recruitment timelines
- Conduct HR Rounds of interviews.
- Ensure psychometric tests conducted for all AGM and above level positions and inputs are shared with the final panel of interviewers from the test report.
- Ensure Reference checks are done before finalization.
- Prepare position and compensation fitment of the selected candidate and roll out the offers
- Ensure pre-joining/joining formalities of all new recruits are completed.
- New Joinee Engagement Plan : Connect with candidate and with new joinees for engagement and to ease the settlement of new joinees within the system
- Background Verification of all new joinees from third party for all AM and above level new joinees.
- Compensation and Benchmarking : Compensation Benchmarking study, proposing new employee friendly compensation structures to the management
- Online Recruitment Portal : Driving the Recruitment Portal and project planning and implementation of all phases of the online recruitment portal
- Employee Referral Scheme : Revamping and successful implementation / effective use of the ERS Scheme across all locations
- Conceptualization and implementation of Retention Strategies like E-learning, future education policy etc. or any other new policy formulation and implementation that will enhance the engagement levels of employees in the organization.
