Key Responsibilities

Require Female Candidates Only who has prior or current experience working into Commercial Projects / Clients / Brands.

A. Project Coordination - Create and Maintain a master file for all ongoing Projects, which should include the updated versions of the following:

i. Approved Plans

ii. Title Certificate

iii. Latest CC

iv. Sales Plans with tenants and owners demarcated

v. Area Statement - Unit wise (Old & New)

vi. Area Bifurcation Statement (Latest)

vii. Drafts of Agreements / LOI / Demand Letters / Notice

viii. All documents related for Bank Loans

B. Sales Back End - Client Coordination, Correspondence & Documentation

i. Post token Client Coordination as Relationship Manager for the Project

ii. Calling for Customer Documentation (KYC details), Payments, Updates, Queries and Legal Documentation

iii. Preparing and sending - Demands, Reminders, Updates, Receipts, LOI, Allotments, Agreements, Notices via post, email or office boy

iv. Maintain trackers for both verbal and written communication

v. Maintain and Update excel sheets / PDF with changes in Units / Area / Floor Plans etc

C. Legal Coordination -

i. As Relationship Manager coordinate with Customers on any Legal Queries with assistance from the Legal Team

ii. Follow-up Agreement and LOI finalization with Legal

iii. Coordinate with Legal and customer for Registration

iv. Maintain tracker for each customer mentioning whether LOI signed, Agreement Signed/ Registered etc.

D. Marketing Coordination

i. Marketing Plans

ii. Marketing Collaterals

iii. Website

E. Lead Tracker -

i. Maintain a tracker on No. of calls made, no. of customers spoken to, reason for disinterest in project, and leads generated. This will help in understanding current market requirement and analyze conversion ratio.

ii. Lead & Daily Meeting tracker: Keep track of Leads generated.

F. MIS -

i. Daily Job Tracker

ii. Weekly Review Presentation

iii. Quarterly Incentive Tracker

iv. Monthly Targets tracker

v. Collections Tracker

G. Finance

i. Coordination with Finance for all customer related queries / dispute for payments received / brokerage etc

Financial:

Provide inputs for the annual forecast or projected revenues for the various projects/ locations

People:

Support the building of a customer-focused and performance -oriented culture within the organization
