Title: Data Architect Senior Manager

Responsibilities

- Design and implement effective database solutions and models to store and retrieve company data.

- Examine and identify database structural necessities by evaluating client operations, applications and programming.

- Assess database implementation procedures to ensure they comply with internal and external regulations.

- Install and organize information systems to guarantee company functionality.

- Prepare accurate database design and architecture reports for management and executive teams.

- Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to new solutions.

- Monitor the system performance by performing regular tests, troubleshooting and integrating new features.

- Recommend solutions to improve new and existing database systems.

- Educate staff members through training and individual support.

- Offer support by responding to system problems in a timely manner.

- Ability to use data for Exploratory, descriptive, Inferential, Prescriptive, and Advanced Analytics - Mandatory

Technical Knowledge and Skills required :

- Track record in delivering strong and impactful; competitor and market tracking insights

- Thorough understanding of metrics used for measurement

- High affinity with applying new IT platforms/dashboarding software tools for reporting and Experience in a consumer focused, complex, matrixed, multinational environment, e.g. consumer goods, online services, e-commerce, or mobile applications

- Insight generation and quickly understand the systems/applicable tools

- Strong background into Database design, modeling and architecture

- Ability to ideate and bring solutions to the table

Work Experience :

- Minimum 11 years of increasingly responsible experience in high impactful and changing environments

- Should have worked in a dynamic and fast changing environment

- High affinity with AI-powered insight tools and engines and application of real time solutions to analytics problems

Academics :

- Masters degree/Btech from a good institute in a quantitative discipline

- Strong exposure to Databases and data structures of cloud-based technologies

- AWS/Azure architect certification preferred
