Regional Manager Security -APAC

Organization:

The Philips IT organization provides a large portfolio of IT services to its internal customers of Royal Philips Electronics worldwide. These services are delivered through Global IT partners and closely monitored by the IT Operations and Infrastructure organization, in which the Operations Security department resides.

Department:

- The Operation Security department is a part of the Philips Information Security Function and functionally led by the Philips Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) residing in the Office of the CIO.

- Primary responsibility is to ensure that defined IT Security controls are mitigating the business risk to an agreed upon level. The department consists of globally dispersed, certified IT Security professionals grouped in specific areas. This vacancy relates to the area of “End User Devices”

Function:

- The Regional Security manager – APAC ensures that IT Security controls are well understood and properly embedded in all Philips IT services delivered within his/her region. He/she will continuously seek opportunities to improve the Security control effectiveness and reduce operational cost levels.

- He/she is responsible for managing IT Security incident is close cooperation with the Philips Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT)

What we are looking for in our candidate:

- Bachelor degree in Information Technology

- Professional security certification (CISSP, CISA, CISM)

- Minimum 7 year experience in a security management role

- Broad understanding of IT Security and specific knowledge on secure client management

- Worked for an international company in virtual and globally dispersed teams

- Conducted independent Security Audit activities

- Knowledge on ISMS Frameworks

- He/she reflects the Philips behavior principles

- Displays strong stakeholder management skills

- Drives for Operational Excellence

- Fluent command of English
