The incumbent will be responsible for delivering regional marketing activities for Consumer Channel including achieving the desired market share growth. This person will implement locally relevant channel strategies and promotional activations to get the best value for money.
The incumbent will also be responsible for delivering Channel Plan and ensuring channel health & Hygiene, critical to the task is to frame channel strategies, track and monitor to ensure timely delivery.
KRA :
- Executes Promotional activities for the Region to deliver best in class market activations
- Delivers on Annual Trade Distribution Operational Plan targets
- Leads and Plans Channel Strategies for the region to deliver desired WOD and Reach for Trade Distribution Products
- Manages ROI of the spent on all schemes and BTL spends
- Drives for high levels of customer NPS
- Plans, Executes and Manage all Visibility and Loyalty programs in the Region for Consumer Trade
- Regular Channel Analytics to Ensure Channel ROI, WOD movement, Weighted Distribution, Counter Share Growth, Lines Sold, Secondary Sales team Efficiency improvement, and Journey Cycle Effectiveness
- Run Loyalty Programs in the region effectively
- Influences a winning spirit, embedding our culture in the channel sales teams.
