Our Organization:

Architecture & Platforms department identifies and “product manages” reusable IT building blocks in line with the enterprise architecture. There are three types of Platforms: End-to-End (E2E) Business Platforms, Enabling Platforms and Infrastructure Platforms. The E2E Business Platform is a group of products and solutions designed around E2E business processes of Idea-to-Market, Market-to-Order and Order-to-Cash along with supporting processes (Finance & HR).

Enabling Platforms include five types, namely Interaction, Integration, Information, Security and Connected Business. Enabling platforms support the E2E Business Platforms by providing common and consistent components, which are needed to ensure E2E access, performance, security, availability and integration across the E2E Business Platforms. Infrastructure Platforms is managed and delivered by the Infrastructure organization, which is combined with Operations.

Ideal candidate will have 10- 15 years of experience in IBM and SAP technologies.

Responsibilities include

- Designing and developing the architecture for the EAI, EDI & BPM platform involving SAP and IBM WebSphere

- Preparing design and architecture documents

- Recommending end to end technical solutions

- Collaborating with technology delivery teams on platform requirements and usage

Required Skills

- Expertise in SOA, ESB and BPM technologies in general and specifically with respect to the IBM WebSphere product family.

- Experience with SAP Netweaver Process Integration, IBM/Lombardi BPM, IBM Business Monitor, IBM WebSphere SAP adapter, and IBM Enterprise Service Bus technologies a plus.

- Candidate should have at least 5 years of industry experience.

- Should have completed at least 2 EAI / SOA / BPM projects, in an architect role.

- Proficient in design / architecture for EAI / ESB / SOA / BPM projects, proven experience in previous projects involving above technologies

- Expertise on complex event processing and master data management a plus

- Should have worked on consulting / strategy / assessment engagements

- Excellent communication skills and experience leading technical teams.

- Excellent customer interfacing and consultancy skills

- Expertise in design patterns

- Experience in software development methodologies such as Scrum

- Proactive, self-driven, excellent communication and presentation skills.
