Campaign Performance Analyst - Philips Domestic Appliances
Job Description :
- The Campaign Performance Analyst empowers the local market teams by providing the latest insights and reporting on activation from media, market shares to sales as well as baseline reporting leading to increased performance for the campaign and always-on of all omni-channel activities. His/her focus is on campaign performance analyses of all activities and 360 reporting and ongoing reporting of the market.
- Consequently, he/she will do this by gathering, consolidating, processing, and analyzing data. The data then needs to be translated into insights to steer business decisions. He/she is a single point of accountability 'vis- vis' of the Campaign Performance Analyst in the hub and all media outside the in-hub activities. He/she ensures effective communication and co-operation between the local Market team and the Activation Hub team.
You are responsible for :
- Focus on all omni-channel activities (TVC, Retail, PR, SEA - e-tailer search, Paid Social - Programmatic - Affiliate - Philips.com pages - CRM emails - E-trade content) supporting champions campaign for One Consumer and always-on presence for Domestic Appliances
- Inform activation strategies by providing the market team with business / channel specific performance metrics including: Revenue, customer satisfaction / NPS, visits, conversion, campaign impact, consumer insights, product insights, etc.
- Input into 360 reporting and ongoing reporting of the market. He/she provide input on performance and analysis for all media outside the in-hub activities (e.g. TVC)
- He/she will create 360 reporting and ongoing reporting of the market for all local campaign and always-on activities outside the activation team scope
- Drive increased adoption of data-driven decision-making and agile working (Build, Test, Learn), contribute to campaign optimization process and daily management activities in order to drive campaign performance via continuous improvement
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience :
- 2-6 years of strong experience in a similar environment
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Keen creative sensibility.
- Excellent Communications skills, Presentation skills
- MBA/PGDM - Marketing is preferred. However, proven creative prowess & hunger to grow fast can make up for the last of a formal MBA.
- A strong passion to scale up & grow. You need to have the ability to think beyond historically forecasted growth models & motivate yourself & your team to aim for & achieve never before growths.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, hand on approach & the ability to reach beyond the JD & do what needs to be done to get to the goal.
- Ability to handle independently & work with multiple stakeholders (internal) as well as agency partners
