Roles and Responsibilities:
Manager - Product Marketing
Role: Pune
Role Purpose :
- Drive product awareness and differentiation by creating inspiring stories and experiences around our solutions for large enterprises
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategy
- Scaling demand generation through impactful campaigns design and execution in Digital and offline platform
- Improving win rates by enabling better messaging and demo experiences
- Enabling Sales team with all product literature, collaterals, demo videos, sales pitch deck
Responsibilities :
- Analyse market trends, customer requirements, along with our product offerings and roadmap to craft a unique and compelling value proposition for our products & solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product management and sales team to develop content assets required across the funnel stage
- Develop product marketing owned content assets such as brochures, factsheets, white papers, videos, Case studies social and web content
- Gain insights into customer use of our offerings and buyer personas at the target client segments.
- Develop insightful customer stories, case studies and testimonials.
- Drive & responsible for Demand generation and building awareness with performance and social media Digital Marketing campaigns.
- Building pipeline & nurturing leads for Enterprise Sales team with customized outreach campaigns, events & sales enablement
- Support the business strategy of penetration across chosen client segments. Work to design and execute multi-channel campaigns to maximize market coverage, impact, and outcomes.
- Develop and use competitive intelligence to develop counterstrategies to neutralize competitive influence on the customers buying decisions.
- Launch new products and develop marketing campaigns, channel programs, sales plans, manufacturing strategy, and pricing to ensure KPIs are achieved.
- Deliver market and competitive analyses.
- Work closely with sales to understand customer needs and identify strategic engagements for clients.
Knowledge / Skills Required :
- Experience of 4 to 6 years in crafting Product marketing plans encompassing strategy, customer research, competitive analysis, product requirements, messaging, for Payment, IT Services / Product organization/ Banking/Insurance domain.
- Hands on experience on Digital Marketing tools
- Experience initiating and driving a range of GTM programs including, Paid and Owned Digital marketing campaign, webinars, trade shows, social media, content marketing etc.
- Understanding of product marketing frameworks, techniques, and best practices
- Good Communications and writing skills, ability to create content focusing on customer Segmentation.
- Must have curiosity, attention to detail, sense of urgency and collaboration.
