Senior Marketing Analyst
Responsibilities :
- Tracking marketing spend effectiveness for the largest e-commerce platform in the country. Developing a mechanism to track ROI
- Pre-post scheme analysis
- Consumer life-time value analysis
- Comparison of different marketing schemes / channels
- Deep diving into the marketing spends and partnering with the business teams in Marketing & Retention to understand objectives for various campaigns and partnering with them to ensure business needs and deliverables get met
- Identifying gaps in conversion funnels through various channels (digital, alliance, ATL, organic) and proposing solutions to solve
- Defining company-wide metrics to ensure tight controls on spends
- Tracking & driving discussions to optimize CAC, CPR & other marketing KPIs etc.
- Leading discussions from finance with all vendors on commercials, payment period, credit limits
- Ensuring financials & MIS reconciliation of marketing spends
Requirements :
- 2-5 years proven experience as an Analytics Manager or Data Scientist
- Ideally minimum of graduation with a degree of B. Tech/ and MBA would be a strong added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with huge attention to detail
- Experience in either driving/reporting marketing KPIs and spends in e-commerce platforms
- Solid experience in data analysis and reporting; industry experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Excel, R, Python and SQL; familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, SAS)
