Senior Manager/Manager/Sr. Executive - Consolidations (CA qualified ONLY)

Purpose of the Job:

- Prepare, analyze and report financial and non-financial performance for various entities and segments under the entity.

- Provide the right set of information for management to facilitate decision making and drive accuracy for quarterly reporting and information to various investor groups.

Key Deliverables:

- Preparation of consolidated financial on the basis of financials of various subsidiaries and get them audited.

- Risk & opportunity analysis on the quarterly forecast for each unit

- Involvement in strategic business projects

- Providing monthly overview to the management/ corporate office each month incorporating business performance, positive and focus areas of each business and changes in economic, regulatory & legal scenario

- Preparation of IR (Investor Relations) pack in each quarter

- Interaction with group treasury for covenants, funding and other related reports

- Driving new initiative and implementing the ERP / system for consolidation

- Ad-hoc reporting and analytics
