Roles and Responsibilities: Conceptualize and execute initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline for the organization.
1. Succession Planning
- Identify and create a successor pipeline for all critical positions in the organization
- Create IDPs for a successor and conceptualize a development plan
- Maintain dashboard and proactively manage the succession transitions
2. Career Pathing
- Conduct internal and external research to provide inputs and insights to identify career path and mobility trajectory within the organization
- Collate historical career movements
3. Talent Strategy :
- Conduct internal and external research to create talent strategy for the organization
- Support in strategic initiatives to create a robust talent pipeline for critical positions
- Strengthen Talent acquisition platforms- IJP, hiring and onboarding processes
4. Employee Engagement
- Lead annual Employee engagement survey and develop action plans
- Leverage survey data to provide insights for creating an enabling ecosystem for employees
5.Rewards & Recognition
- Collaborate with the Business Teams and run R&R activities
