Overview :

- In-depth knowledge of Industry Accounting Standard and Industry Accounting Standard Financial Statements and related disclosures

- Hands on with consolidation accounting and process - Subsidiary and associate accounting

- Dealt with consolidations in past for more than 5-10 operational entities

- Managed and worked on inter-company eliminations and related follow-ups

- Follow-ups with entities to close consolidation within timelines

- Project management role of projects with regular update to leadership

- Assistance in preparing presentation to ACM / Board

- Assistance in preparing monthly reporting decks

- Experience in dealing and closing audit / accounts finalization with Big4 auditors

- Open to work on extended hours

Must Have :

- In-depth Industry Accounting Standard knowledge

- Consolidation and inter-company eliminations

- Follow-ups / Project management

- Audit finalisation with Big 4
