Job description:

- Business finance role at API Holdings (PharmEasy Group)

- Prepare and reporting monthly MIS, consolidating 40+ entities in the group

- Continuous follow-ups with component entities for information

- Review of component MIS / Financials to prepare analytics for Consolidated Financial Statements

- Worked / managed due diligences of Companies

- Work closely with business finance and operation teams

- Experience of automation of MIS processes

- Experience of preparing and reporting MIS for a group with at-least 5 to 10 operation companies / segments

Working Knowledge of accounting / Ind AS / IFRS
