Roles and Responsibilities
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Responsible for end to end recruitment process for Junior and Mid Level mandates
- Screen Internal Job applications received on the emails and select the right and readily available talent
- Creating a talent pipeline for critical & key mandates which might be required on a regular basis talent pipelining
Employee Engagement & Talent Management:
- Facilitate skip level meetings to identify areas of improvement in various teams and propose appropriate engagement intervention
- Stay connected with employees, do regular 1-1 with critical people and escalate risks
- Drive programs on retention of critical talent
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition data and develop strategies to manage and reduce the attrition
Performance management
- Drive the goal setting process across the team and advise managers on the process
- Drive orientation programs with employees on performance management process
- Act as a consultant to managers on managing poor performers as well as high performers
- Facilitate promotion review meeting with the business
- Set the KRA and KPI
Employee grievance handling
- Responsible to solve employee queries / manage employee relations issues
- Coaches managers on how to provide leadership to their teams and consult them as per specific requirements and needs
HR Operations :
- Acts on reporting information around issues like monthly MIS, Attrition and exit interview analysis
- Communication and implementation of HR policies and programs
- Lead specific special projects
Qualification & Experience:
- MBA HR or equivalent with 4-7 years of relevant experience
- Good Communication and great team contributor
- Exposure to the entire gamut of HR activities
- Openness to Innovation & Change/ Tolerance for Ambiguity
- Performance Orientation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while remaining proactive and flexible in style
- Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships with clients and HR colleagues
- Ability to deal effectively with all levels of staff and management
Salary Offered : 7 - 10 LPA
