- Tracking marketing spend effectiveness for the largest e-commerce platform in the country
- Partner the marketing, retention & growth teams for business deliverables
- Ensure tight budget controls on spends
- Develop mechanism to track ROI
- Pre-post scheme analysis
- Consumer life-time value analysis
- Comparison of different marketing schemes / channels
- Drive analytics around different modes of marketing spends viz. ATL, Digital, Alliance, Retention initiatives, Wallet spends etc. and present deep dives for management review & decision making
- Track & drive discussions to optimize CAC, CPR & other marketing KPI's etc.
- Lead discussions from finance with all vendors on commercials, payment period, credit limits
- SPOC for marketing team for payments, vendor discussions etc.
- Track & highlight key inputs from marketing dashboards
- Ensuring financials & MIS reconciliation of marketing spends
- Lead discussions to optimize marketing spends & develop mechanism for tracking of spends
- Cross pollination of spend initiatives across the group
