Content Manager
Responsibilities:
- Be the custodian of knowledge hub and social media community/communities.
- Track, calendarise and plan repurposing of content for different content touch points, mainly social media community.
- Coordinate with content creators for daily/monthly content publishing schedules.
- Calendarise content for social media communities and supervise publishing timetable.
- Monitor daily operations, and adopt best practices for optimising metrics on different work- streams.
- Monitor and provide feedback on engagement and growth through community content to the leadership team.
Requirements :- Hands-on experience in planning and leading content and social media management.
- Ability to identify and track relevant for content community KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be aggressive with executions to achieve time-bound objectives.
Work Experience: 4-6 years
