About the role:
This is a central role which would drive key initiatives, identify and solve for gaps and build SOPs to enable growth and standardization pan India.
- Candidate will be expected to run experiments and pilots for growth hacks, to validate hypotheses and hence standardize and scale the same across locations.
- To be extremely comfortable with numbers and talking metric language daily.
- To understand and utilize power of data, automation, and intelligent strategies aimed at creating scalable growth through improved productivity and efficiency.
- Help assess the Sources of Growth / Where to Play choices
- Diagnose & design solutions to optimize our how to win in across the levers of sales, expansion and distribution.
- Be responsible for the drumbeat of the overall progress and have direct responsibility of key metrics.
- Collaborating with multiple local and central teams on implementation of decided strategies.

- Excellent technical and analytical skills to structure and execute.
- Ability to effectively engage teams, from listening to facilitating dialogue to converging to actions.
